Ethical Channel

Lointek aims to promote an environment of honesty where our employees, suppliers, and administrators adhere to legal standards and the rules established in our Code of Conduct.

For this reason, we have implemented the Ethical Channel, which allows anyone, whether associated with Lointek or not, to report potential irregular unlawful conduct.

This Ethical Channel is governed by our Ethical Channel Regulations and is based on principles of non-retaliation, anonymity, confidentiality, proper management of the system, and protection of the rights of affected individuals.

Whistleblowers may also address their communications to the independent Whistleblower Protection Authority or any other relevant institution or agency.

Instructions. If you wish to make a report, please provide the information requested below. In case you decide to make communication/report, anonymously, you should not fill in the boxes marked as optional: Company name, Full name, E-mail, Postal address and telephone number.

Providing an email address or phone number is not mandatory. However, to facilitate notification and follow-up on your report, it is recommended to provide a means of contact. If you choose to provide an email address, we recommend using an anonymous email created solely for this purpose, which does not contain personal data or information identifying the Whistleblower.

In case you decide not to provide a means of notification, the communication/report will be received and will follow the normal procedure established in the Lointek Ethical Regulations, however, it will not be possible to notify Whistleblower about the receipt of the report, nor the status of the same.

Verbal Reports: If you prefer to make a verbal report, please attach an audio file in the provider upload section, indicating whether your report is anonymous or identified, and verbally answer each of the fields listed below. If the report is anonymous, you do not need to fill out the optional fields.
