I. Guarantee of personal data protection

LOINTEK ensures the strictest confidentiality in the collection and processing of data provided by interested parties. II. Data Subject’s ARCO Rights

1.1.The interested party may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, as well as the limitation and portability of their data in compliance with the provisions of current legislation on data protection. Taking into account that the exercise of these rights is very personal, it will be necessary for the interested party to prove their identity.

1.2.The exercise of these rights must be made by means of a written communication signed by the owner of the data, indicating his/her address, attaching a copy of his/her National Identity Card or other supporting document, addressed to the Data Protection Work Team (ETPD), to the e-mail address gdpr@lointek.com or by sending a written communication to the following postal address: calle Aita Gotzon 37, 48610, Urduliz, Bizkaia, for the attention of the ETPD.

1.3.The interested parties are informed of the possibility they have to file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency in case they understand that the correct assistance has not been obtained in the exercise of the rights mentioned in this section.

III. Use of Cookies

3.1. Cookies are small data files (data storage and retrieval device) generated by the website where the user browses, which are stored on the equipment (computer, cell phone, Tablet, etc.) used by the user and are retrieved on future visits. This Privacy Policy may be modified, altered and / or replaced at any time as a result of possible changes in legislation, case law, the criteria followed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency and / or the competent authority at any time or depending on the practices, uses and customs of the sector, as well as because of any changes decided unilaterally by LOINTEK, whether or not due to the above reasons, which, in any case, undertakes to provide the user and / or interested party, in a visible manner, sufficient information of the modification that may undergo the Privacy Policy.

4.2. In any case, the user accepts that the Privacy Policy in force at any time, which assumes and accepts as a result of the use and navigation on the Web.
